Core competencies

What we deliver.

Workflow & case automation

Digital intake, review, routing and approval workflows that replace email chains, paper forms and manual tracking.

Systems integration

APIs, event-driven connections and data synchronization between line-of-business systems, SaaS tools and legacy platforms.

Legacy modernization

Incremental, low-risk migration of aging applications using feature flags and parallel running, so service is never interrupted.

AI assistants & knowledge tools

Assistants grounded in your own documents and records, with human approval, source citations and complete logging.

Reporting & dashboards

Operational dashboards and automated reports that replace hand-assembled spreadsheets.

Cloud-native engineering

Secure, observable services on Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, designed to be operated by your team after handoff.

Public sector & regulated work

Practices that make the work reviewable.

Agencies and regulated organizations need more than a working system. They need to show how it works, who approved what, and that it can be sustained. These practices are part of every engagement.

We do not currently hold formal certifications such as SOC 2, FedRAMP or CMMC. We are glad to work inside your approved environments and to follow your security requirements.

  • Written scope and acceptance. Every engagement starts with a statement of work: deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria and a fixed price.
  • Least-privilege access. We request only the access the work needs, use your accounts and environments wherever possible, and remove access at handoff.
  • Secrets and data handling. Credentials are kept out of code and stored in managed secret stores. Data is encrypted in transit and used only for your engagement.
  • Audit trails. Automated decisions and approvals are logged with who, what and when, so reviews and audits can reconstruct events.
  • Controlled change. Version-controlled changes, documented deployments and rollback plans for every production release.
  • Accessibility. Interfaces are designed to WCAG 2.1 AA, including keyboard operation, contrast and screen-reader support.

Contracting approach

Simple to buy, simple to oversee.

  • Fixed-price statements of work for defined projects, with milestone-based acceptance.
  • Monthly retainers for ongoing support, with a defined hours range and reporting.
  • Regular status updates and working demos, on a cadence you choose.
  • Full handoff of code, configuration, documentation and data at completion.

Teaming & subcontracting

Senior engineering capacity for your team.

As a small, owner-operated firm, we work well as a subcontractor or teaming partner on clearly defined work packages: integration, automation, modernization and AI components of a larger program.
