2. Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you use a contact or service inquiry form, we receive your name, organization, email address, optional phone number, optional details such as organization type, preferred call time and timeline, and the message you write. We also keep emails and other correspondence you send us.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and timestamps to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social-media pixels on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange a call.
• To prepare proposals and, if you engage us, to deliver and invoice the work.
• To operate, secure and improve the website, and to prevent spam and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations and to enforce our agreements.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers that process it on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery of form submissions), and our email and business-tool providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
• Professional advisers such as accountants and attorneys, under duties of confidentiality.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process or to protect rights, safety and security, and in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization of the business.

5. Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to consider a working relationship, and then delete or archive it on a regular schedule. Records connected to a contract, invoice or payment are kept for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and the principle of least privilege. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects personal information we hold, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by applicable law, including Washington’s data breach notification law (RCW 19.255.010).

7. Please do not send sensitive information

Our forms are not designed for sensitive or regulated data. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account or payment card numbers, health information, government identification, passwords or credentials, or confidential government or client data. We do not intentionally collect “consumer health data” as defined by Washington’s My Health My Data Act. If sensitive material must be shared as part of an engagement, we will agree a secure method first.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@zzsols.com. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. You can opt out of any email follow-up at any time by replying “unsubscribe.” We honor browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals; because we do not track visitors, there is nothing to turn off.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and public agencies and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Where information is processed

We operate from the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed here.

11. Links to other sites

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed, and material changes will be noted on this page.
