By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. These terms apply to the website only; professional services are provided under a separate written agreement (see section 3).

Content on this site is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, security, procurement or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice specific to your situation.

3. No offer; services only under a written agreement

Descriptions of services, timelines and price ranges are estimates for planning purposes and are not offers, quotes or guarantees. We provide services only under a written statement of work, proposal or agreement signed or accepted by both parties, which will state the scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms and other conditions. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

4. Case studies and examples

Case studies describe representative engineering work performed by our principal engineer in prior roles. Client and employer names are intentionally withheld, and figures may be modeled, rounded or illustrative. They are examples of approach, not promises of any particular result for you.

5. Communications and confidentiality

Submitting a form or sending an email does not create a client relationship, a contract, or any duty of confidentiality on our part. Please do not send confidential, sensitive or regulated information through the site (see our Privacy Policy). We will agree appropriate confidentiality terms, such as a mutual NDA, before you share confidential material.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its text, design, graphics, diagrams and code, and the “ZZ Solutions” name and logo, are owned by or licensed to ZZ Solutions LLC and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, scrape or create derivative works from it, or use our name or logo, without our prior written permission. Ownership of work delivered to a client is governed by the applicable written agreement.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, probing or testing for vulnerabilities without our written permission, introducing malware, sending spam or automated submissions through the forms, or interfering with the site’s operation.

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

You agree that any dispute relating to these terms or the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This section does not apply to the extent law requires otherwise for a particular user, such as a government entity.
